Bag in Carton Intermittent Motion Case Packer

The GC is a top load case packer for intermittent motion applications that can reach speeds up to 10 cases per minute, designed and built for case packing of flexible pouches and bags. It is the most suitable solution for the casing of any product primarily packed in  pouches.

The automated system illustrated below is an example of a complete line built with our salt bagging and packaging equipment. It is a free standing mobile screw elevator with an integral loading hopper. A rotating paddle inside the loading hopper loosens the hopper contents and assists the feed into the tubular screw elevator section.
